Open source language Mavo is now a beta release. Based on HTML, Mavo allows Web developers to create data-drive Web applications without setting up a back-end server. It can manage data stored in the cloud or locally.
Based on HTML and JavaScript, Mavo is also similar to Angular 1.x. It “treats HTML as a shortcut for data binding to views, but everything else is expected to be written in JavaScript,” the team explained.
