Apple’s New iAd Producer Online Tool Creates iAds Using HTML5

Dec 28, 2010

Apple recently announced the release of its free online iAd Producer tool, which enables advertisers to create content for iPads, iPhone and iPods using HTML5. The tool is free for members of Apple’s Developer Program, which is also provided to developers at no cost.

The iAd Producer was created to allow non-techies to create ads for iOS devices without having to deal with the HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript which enables the ads to be displayed. Users of iAd Producer will be able to save page templates, and will be able to publish their ads through the iAd network once they are approved by Apple.
