HTML5 Playback and 60 FPS Live Stream comes to YouTube

Unlike Twitch which leverages Flash, HTML5 will improve CPU performance. HTML5 also supports variable-speed playback which allows users to go back to a point in a stream and watch at 1.5 or 2 times the normal speed which just one of many changes YouTube has made for a better game streaming experience.
