Create WordPress CMS Themes Using New wpMosaic Theme Engine

Feb 2, 2011

Like Drupal, Joomla! and other CMS, WordPress developers have often lamented about the difficulties of creating and editing themes for each respective system. A Portland development team has created a new theme engine for WordPress that enables developers to build impressive themes in half the time it previously took.

The wpMosaic theme engine enables designers to upload images, set colors, adjust fonts and other elements of their design, and output it as a WordPress theme. Developers and designers are not required to know PHP or even Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).

Using design wizards, users are able to take their themes as far as they wish. Several premium themes are included, and they can be customized as well.
