Website Design Easier With New Tools

Sep 29, 2010

Once you have planned a website, and have worked out the registration and hosting details, it’s time to select your tools and start the actual development process.

The design process requires you to choose the look and layout of your website. We’re not just talking about the appearance, but also the functionality of the site, colors and images and how the site will work when your prospective visitors come to your site.

The design is an important decision, since some of your visitors will judge your business by the site’s appearance and functionality. Often an “ugly” site is worse than no site at all. Ideally, your site should work on every computer, using any web browser, on any platform. It should also look decent on mobile devices such as a BlackBerry, iPhone or Nintendo Wii.
