WordPress Sites Around the World to be upgraded to HTTPS

In line with efforts being made across the Web, WordPress will immediately apply HTTPS to any new sites created using a custom domain and they will move existing websites built on WordPress gradually to the more secure protocol WordPress will automatically redirect any requests that use HTTP to the new HTTPS version.
