HTML5 Web Hosting Platform Divshot is Acquired by Google

The acquisition of Divshot by Google was announced on Divshots website just last week. The official shutdown of Divshot is scheduled for mid-December with will be the end of Divshot as a separate entity to which the terms of this new deal have not been disclosed. Read the full announcement here.
