Adobe recently updated its Creative Suite 5.5, the latest major release of the software in almost two years. We’ll look at Creative Suite 5.5, which has a focus on web and tablet publishing, and features new HTML5 and Adobe Flash authoring tools.
With this release Adobe has focused on the ability for developers to create a website once, and deploy it on multiple platforms and devices. By providing the ability to preview a website in real time through targeted devices, Adobe has taken much of the pain away from mobile development.
Other new features include support for jQuery Mobile, CSS inspection and enhanced ActionScript editors. New training videos are also available for Creative Suite 5.5, but Adobe Community Help is still one of the best resources for finding solutions to your problems.
