Workday HCM Receives the Full HTML5 Facelift

Workday has made the move to cutting edge technology meeting the demands of todays end-user needs by providing them with the look and feel of a consumer app like experience for their customer and employees. And now their partners such as Oracle and SAP to name a couple are also rushing to the drawing board to rebuild their own software and apps to do the same with key word being Simplicity. Workday’s new interface has been in development for nearly a year and is based totally on HTML5 vs. their previous standard of employing Flash. the works for about a year and is based on HTML5 rather than Flash, as it was in the past, said Joe Korngiebel, vice president of user experience.
