This week NuSphere released its PhpED 6.0 integrated development environment (IDE) with support for JavaScript Intellisense, CSS3 and HTML5. PhpED 6.0 enables developers to create web and mobile websites and applications in a simple, efficient development environment.

NuSphere’s CTO, Dmitri Dmitrienko, commented about the release, stating that “With 6.0, we focused on enhancing our JavaScript support with new features like Intellisense autocompletion, code navigation, and call tooltips. PhpED is designed to provide a single, powerful IDE for application developers, and JavaScript plays an important role in that.  This new version of PhpED is ideal for developers who need a PHP solution with strong JavaScript support.”

PhpED features built-in debugging and profiling tools, code autocompletion and comes with its own web server. It’s available for Windows, and supports Microsoft IIS and remote debugging with Apache.
