Google Announces the Releases of their new iOS Google Maps Developer SDK

Jul 18, 2013

Google’s new Maps Software Development Kit for the Apple iOS comes bundled with many new features that offer developers new flexibility and creativity to add new capabilities to their Mapping apps. The updated SDK provides developers with the ability to write just a few lines of code to access many of the popular features built into Google Maps, such as Street View in 50 countries, more than 1 billion square feet of indoor floor plans, and an updated design of their map tiles. Version 1.4 of the updated SDK comes only seven months after the first iOS SDK was released by Google last December and developers can download the latest SDK now to begin leveraging the new features to build their apps. Read all about it here at Google’s GEO Dev. Blog.
