Support for HTML5 and JavaScript Added to Microsoft Visual Studio LightSwitch

Microsoft LightSwitch, a tool suite designed to simplify development of custom database-driven business apps. It now includes code generation for HTML5 and JavaScript, opening up the door for LightSwitch created applications to run on just about any platform on the market today including Google Android, Apple iOS, and of course, Microsoft Windows 8. LightSwitch has already added support for OData services in their beta release of Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 enabling the tool build usable applications by non-LightSwitch created applications.
