Twitch Following the Trend, Drops Flash for HTML5

The game streaming site begins releasing their HTML5-based video player for the web. Currently in smaller increments with the HTML5-based player controls going out first in the initial pool of channel pages. While the its still far from a pure HTML-based video player, as the video itself is still Flash-based, it’s a huge move in the right direction. Continue reading this story here.
