Six SEO Mistakes You Can Easily Avoid

It’s a new year, and time to correct the SEO mistakes of the past. We’re going to tell you about six common search engine optimization mistakes, and how you can solve them.


Home may be where the heart is, but it’s not where the traffic is. That is, unless your site is about selling or renting homes, you probably don’t want the search engines to find the main page of your site referred to as “home”.


The robots.txt file you use on your development server should not move to the production server along with the rest of the site. Not blocking spiders from your development server can also be risky, to be forewarned.


Generic meta description tags are a losing proposition. If the content on each page of your site is not identical, why would you use the same description for all pages. For more tips, check out the rest of the article at the link below.
