Google Closure Tools Now Include Closure Stylesheets CSS Extension

This week Google has added Closure Stylesheets, an extension to CSS which adds variables, functions, conditionals, and mixins to normal cascading style sheets (CSS), to its Closure Tools developer package, which up until now was primarily focused on JavaScript development.

Closure Tools provides developers with a JavaScript code library, an optimizer, the Firebug inspector and command line JavaScript tools, along with some HTML tools and now Closure Stylesheets. Since Closure Tools was created with Google’s own developers in mind, Clusure Stylesheets will be most useful to those developers.
