Even as the Mobile World Congress is still ongoing in Barcelona, the topic continues to grow, even among non-developers. Mobile apps are the rage, and there is more focus on software and developers, and more specifically, just what platform those developers are focused on.
The presence of Android this year at the conference can be felt throughout the convention halls. Android developers wearing bright green droid figurings on their shirts can be seen everywhere. New Android devices range from tablets to low end mobile devices and smartphones.
Although the diversity can be overwhelming to developers (who are unlikely to find a uniform screen size on Android devices), the introduction of Android tablets is an opportunity that developers and businesses should not pass up.
