CMS Commander Announces the Release of Version 2 Of Their Remote WordPress Management Service

Nov 20, 2013

First released in 2012 CMS Commander is today used by more than 3,000 registered users to manage their website portfolio. The software allows members to add all their websites and then control them at the same time in bulk from within the CMS Commander admin panel. Features of the service include automatic website backups, 1-click plugin updates, bulk article posting and full weblog cloning – all of which are designed to save a lot of time which would otherwise be spent on repetitive management tasks each day. The new version 2 is a major overhaul of the software with many parts rebuilt completely to improve performance and usability. The control panel members use to manage their websites has been redesigned in its entirety. The new design is based on the WordPress “mp6” project, which will become the default admin design of WP weblogs with the upcoming 3.8 release, and thus will provide a level of familiarity for users between their CMS Commander account and their blogs admin area.
