Responsive web design, a term first coined by Ethan Marcotte in his A List Apart column in 2010, describes using several site layouts that are adapted to differing screen widths, and using them appropriately by using CSS3 media queries.
By using a few reset styles, some decent typographic defaults, four media queries for relevant body widths for four resolutions, you can use the responsive web design technique. The “Less” framework involves the Less is More concept, and isn’t what most developers think of when they hear the term framework at all.
