Opera TV has announces that it will assimilate their SDK into Zinwell’s STBs as part of a new deal that will deliver OTT TV functionality to service provider STBs located in Asia-Pacific. Including its HTML5 SDK for television, Opera TV will also now offer managed cloud platform services via the Opera TV Store which will provide OTT content from over 1,000 different content providers. Opera TV will also provide YouTube Certified Partners, enabling the delivery of YouTube content to smart TVs, Blu-ray players, and STBs via Opera TV’s HTML5-based SDK.
