Microsoft Internet Explorer 9 Beta Ready for the Masses Tomorrow

Sep 15, 2010

Microsoft is finally ready to debut their Internet Explorer 9 Beta to the masses. The browser has been available only to developers thus far, but tomorrow the rest of the world gets to see what all the talk is about, and most of the talk is focused on HTML 5, CSS 3 and an improved JavaScript engine.

Microsoft is launching the beta version of its browser at an event in San Francisco. Although a beta is technically still a test version, they believe IE9 is ready for the public to being using it out, after all, they are the most likely users to report problems and potential issues.

The next generation of browsers includes support for HTML 5 video, the canvas tag, and CSS 3, and will tap into graphics processing power that was previously untapped, providing web content that is richer and more dynamic than ever before.
