Final Beta of Drupal 7 CMS Released

Nov 15, 2010

The final beta release of the Drupal 7 content management system (CMS) is available for download. This should be the last beta to be released before the open source CMS reaches release candidate status.

Updates to this release include an upgrade to jQuery 1.4.4 and jQuery UI 1.8.6, numerous upgrade path and accessibility fixes, and all critical bugs have also been fixed. The Drupal team will give developers until November 17th to find any critical issues that remain. They expect to announce Release Candidate 1 on or before November 30th.
