Application Security Testing: An Integral Part of DevOps

A band well known for its extremely creative music videos, OK Go, is also very much into technology. So much so that they have worked in collaboration with Google to showcase the interactive HTML5 functionality that is possible with a standard web browser--with no plugins or proprietary video solutions.

The OK Go app takes the text message that a user submits and renders into a "dance form" which it plays along with one of OK Go's songs--all by using some amazing HTML visual effects. The custom animated loop can then be saved to a Global Gallery, which can then be shared later with the creator's friends.

More and more musicians, artists and creative types are finding ways to use HTML5 to their advantage, which is a great boon to the acceptance of the emerging web development standard.
