No More Windows XP Support for Future Adobe Photoshop Releases

Adobe’s flagship photo editing suite, Photoshop will no longer be compatible with systems running on Windows XP. Adobe announced that the current version, PhotoShop CS6, or version 13.0 will be the final release of the photo editing software that will be compatible with Microsoft’s most popular operating system to date. It was announced by Tom Hogarty, Adobe’s Product Manager that, “Leveraging advances available on newer operating systems and hardware allows us to deliver significantly better performance, and focus our innovation efforts around the areas of the greatest benefit to our customers.
