Firefox 18 beta is now available from Mozilla and includes the desktop, Mac and Android versions. You can download it from both Mozilla’s site and from Google Play for Android users. According to Mozilla’s own benchmark testing from September, the new IonMonkey JavaScript engine includes a reported 20% increase in speed over Firefox 17 in one test, however only a 7% increase in another.
