Spoonlabs this week released Vivvo Web CMS Version 4.5, an open source content management system. Along with over 450 bug fixes, quite a few new features have been added, along with a new licensing model.

This release comes with a new licensing structure, with the standard license discontinued, and a new Business edition taking its place for current standard licensees. This new edition is targeted towards medium-sized news and media portals who are looking to expand and grow.

Also announced is the Developer license, which is server-based, and enables developers to deploy an unlimited number of sites on a single server, operating on a single license key (and single IP license). Developers who purchase the Developer license also get the Multi-Site Manager extension included.
