Apple Needs to Open Up the iPhone

Apple’s tight control over the App Store has come into question multiple times recently, with blogs and news pieces written every day about the iPhone marketeer. Each time Apple comes out with a rebutal, the pot is stirred.


The bad publicity resulting from Apple’s tight control of the App Store shows up as a lack of fairness and righteousness, and has been noticed by web developers, who may be more inclined to develop for another mobile platform.


Lately, Flash users have begun to speak about Apple’s products with affection, but the debate has become a disagreement about what can be done now, verus what may potentially be done in the future. The debate rolls on, but the consequences will continue to be a disagreement in the development world aa long as standards, and development items enter the picture.
