Apple Developers Eager to See iCloud and iOS 5 Next Week

Jun 2, 2011

Next week developers will get a chance to see the next release of Apple’s iOS software, version 5, at the Apple Worldwide Developer Conference. Along with iOS 5, attendees will also get to see iCloud, Apple’s cloud services platform.

The conference takes place in San Francisco, and Steve Jobs himself will launch the software. Apple’s eighth version of its Mac operating system, Mac OS X 10.7 Lion, will also be revealed.

The iCloud service is expected to upgrade iTunes by enabling users to stream music to their devices, and it is said that they have three large music labels who have already signed up to be a part of the service.
