Ericsson Announces the Launch of a New Web Development Platform

Ericsson has announced their new IMS-based “Web Real Time Communications” platform which will enable web applications to increase the ecosystem for enterprise and consumers and build new web applications with support for real-time voice and video communication without the need for plug-ins. AT&T announced that its Call Management API will be powered by Ericsson’s new IMS Innovation Platform, now in the Alpha stage. Read more here.
