Test Your Websites With OperaWatir

Web developers are notorious for testing their websites using various tools, but with so many browsers and devices available, it becomes difficult to keep up. Watir, a new tool for testing websites, hopes to solve website testing problems for developers. 

Watir is actually a set of open source Ruby libraries that are designed to automate web browser apps which crawl and test a website. It does the same thing that visitors to your site would logically do--click links, fill in forms, click buttons and more. 

OperaWatir was added to the Watir test suite, which includes tools for Internet Explorer, Firefox and WebKit-based browsers. The addition of OperaWatir enables developers to test across all major web browsers, and should save developers a lot of manual testing.
