Well, I guess you really want this. The number of letters lately asking how this is done has been huge. I guess colored frames are the "in" things as of late.

     They're super simple. First off, if you haven't already, read through the Original Frame Tutorial. That way you know about frames well enough to follow me here. I won't be going into how frames are constructed. The Advanced Frame Tutorial wouldn't be a bad idea either.
