Once you have your site up and running, making changes is as simple as logging in and entering some data into a form field. Once it is online, practically anyone can make changes, add a blog, or some images--that is, as long as you have given them permissions to do so. Joomla allows a non-techie to create a site that is easy to manage and update, and once you have it set up, you can even delve into further Joomla enhancements that are almost as easy to install and configure as the CMS itself.
