The script is not on this page. We'll get to that in a second. First off, some explanation: This script allows you to pass data from one page to another. In this case, what's passing is some name and address information.
     Click this link to get the basic form. Enter some data and click to save it. Another window will pop up and the data you entered will still be there. The author informs me you can do this again and again (you'll need to keep putting in the code to open new windows) up to 99 times. Here, you only get the effect once. I have simply made the second page a mirrow image of the first.
