This is a nice, simple little deal that will reload the page after a set number of seconds. Remember that JavaScript works on 1000ths of seconds. Thus, "3000" is 3 seconds, "60000" is a minute. Get it? Grab the script and change the time if you'd like. I have it set to 30 seconds so you can either grab the script right now or wait to see it reload.
